My counsellor Wendy was so warm and caring and really made me feel at ease. I wasn’t in a very good place when I first came to see Wendy and felt I couldn’t really open up and speak to those close to me. I very quickly felt comfortable with Wendy and could speak very openly and honestly with her. She helped me see things in a different way and gave me great advise to allow me to process things in a positive and constructive way. When I started my sessions I couldn’t even think or talk about my Dad without getting upset and just thinking of the bad times, especially the time during his illness. With Wendy’s help, I can now remember my Dad and smile about all the great times we had together and enjoy the memories.
