i was very aprehensive about using the telephone counselling as I am generally anxious about using the telephone any way. My counsellor put me at ease right away. Her approach has helped me to start building a life for myself following my bereavements and the losses in my life that have been a result of my partner's passing.

I feel that the wait I had was difficult and by the time I came to counselling I had other issues that had arisen because I felt so alone, but I understand that this is outside of your contol, but I need to give this feedback, as I feel it is relevent.
