Diana and Karen were extremely reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and warm. Everything was explained very clearly and a follow up appointment made, although it was stressed that we could contact Esther at anytime before then.

I could talk openly and not be judged in any way.
Much compassion was shown and I felt I was normal for what I had been through.
Perhaps more structure for me personally would have been good.

The staff have been very competent, friendly and well trained.
Robert (Bob) has been much cheered by their visits and has felt a lot better afterwards. Thank you for making him comfortable and for the confidence and well being you have helped promote within the rest of the family. We are grateful for this excellent service (his wife of 43 years).

With help with washing and dressing it made me feel like sitting up in a chair for a while and not to stay in bed, also staff very happy to have around, made me feel better. Thank you very much.

Everybody I spoke to from reception to the people serving in the shop hospice were always very nice and caring.
There was always a lovely atmosphere of calm in the hospice reception room.
Emma was my counselor and she was excellent. Very caring, understanding and I felt very at ease with her.
I was very lucky to have two sessions of counselling (12 weeks) and it was excellent. I can't thank you enough for the help you have given me.

Becky is very kind and caring and took time to explain everything to us. She also listened to our concerns and gave us some useful advice.
