Everybody I spoke to from reception to the people serving in the shop hospice were always very nice and caring. There was always a lovely atmosphere of calm in the hospice reception room. Emma was my counselor and she was excellent. Very caring, understanding and I felt very at ease with her. I was very lucky to have two sessions of counselling (12 weeks) and it was excellent. I can't thank you enough for the help you have given me.
