The care was rapid, responsive and covering all our queries. We were left reassured with a clear follow up plan.
We were fortunate enough to have my doctor/daughter with us, who helped formulate our question.

Initially there were reservations regarding key workers aid how literature was presented but not explained that it may not always be applicable to our situation. Both of us distressed to read in last year of life etc! As time has gone on any help, inquiry etc has been acted upon.
Breathing clinic team at 'the hospice' - faultless. Very supportive in all aspects.
This form was given on initial introduction to key workers several weeks ago it wasn't completed due to husband being very poorly and hospitalized 3 times.

Diana Turner was extremely professional.
We felt that she was caring and a very good listener and she made my dad feel better and more comfortable with what was going on.

Key worker was very patient and very knowledgeable in all care and medical fields.
Have obtained clearer medical info from her than from all the doctors and consultants at the hospital.

Everything was excellent, difficult to know how it could be improved. Perhaps more/increased funding. God bless everyone involved.

I have found the nurses supported really beneficial and their caring attitude has helped me enormously.
The patient has also benefited from the nursing caring support and we now look forward to their daily visit.
