Everything was good!
What a lovely idea to provide for patients (who are unable to get out) in their own homes and familiar surroundings.
From the smiles and relaxed expressions on his face I could see he was enjoying it and thoroughly relaxed.
I am so grateful for this loving care and attention.
Can't think of any improvements. Just keep doing what you are doing. It's wonderful. Thank you. The therapist was so kind and caring.

The visitor was professional, polite, truly interested in me and very helpful. In a scary situation, the calm manner was a reassuring break on runaway fears.
I was very impressed and grateful for the constant reassurance that I would not be abandoned to my fate.

We are having visits from the clinical nurse specialist who has been very informative and helpful and are waiting at moment for the breathless team which we now have a date fixed. We also have single point service available for us. We are getting great care. Thank you.
