Attending the Friday morning session has been a great help. The ladies were really lovely and so so welcoming and I am really looking forward to coming back to the session and I have a nice lady here. We have although to meet once a week in Colchester. So my thank to all concerned.

The staff here are very understanding and really get to know the people they are talking to.
They do not focus everything on the event that has occurred, I liked how I was able to talk about other problems at the same time.

Patient of the counselor. the care has been excellent so much so that I am sorry it is coming to an end. In no way from what I have experienced myself, this care need no improvement.

Beautiful, relaxing, removing all the care and distraction. An oasis of body and mind. I cannot imagine how you can improve on this.
