I was able to take my time in answering questions regarding my condition. The information which was given to me was comforting and sincere. My family were also here at the time they were given opportunities to have their say. Debbie was professional in every way possible and make me feel relaxed and confident in what would happen throughout.

Janice was such the perfect person for me. She would listen to me when I was really down and did not know when to stop talking. I must have bored her to hear but she always got me through it. I will miss seeing her. She was like a true friend and I wish her all the very best and hope I will see her again sometime. Best wish.

I was happy with everything . The service for the support my husband received was amazing. They couldn't do enough for him during his 14 weeks illness and upto the point when he died at home with me just before christmas 2016. I have also received amazing support over the last few months with home visits and telephone support. Nothing needs to be improved :-).
