Julia who we saw today was really helpful and a very pleasant lady. She was well informed and gave us really valuable help in understanding my condition, making me feel relaxed and comfortable in her care.

I cant think of anything that could have been done better.

I knew person from a bereavement support group and this helped me as we knew each other as opposed to someone on the end of a telephone who i did not know. This person was understanding with my bereavement and gave me positive encouragement to try new things that interested me. I'm at a lot more positive place, that when i first started my bereavement counselling.

From self referral to being booked in was amazingly fast! All staff have been very friendly and understanding. So easy to talk to and felt very supportive Thank you!

As a Jehovah's witness. I meet many people, but rarely (if ever), have I met a group of professionals who are so kind, caring and empathetic as these dear girls (and some chaps). I would love to mention names, but that would be unkind to those whose names I cant bring to mind. My daring pat died on Friday, but they did all they possibly could to ease the pain and discomfort.

When possible, it would be very helpful if carers could 'phone ahead their expected time of arrival.

Because the staff are cheerful, helpful and see to my needs without causing any embarrassment its a relatively small team. Who I have got to know which is very much appreciated for personal care. Thank-you.

Home visits were set up very quickly and additional visits added if required without any issues. All staff introduced themselves and were very professional and always insured we knew we could contact the hospice 24/7. Also, all calls to the hospice were answered quickly and with full courtesy.
