As a Jehovah's witness. I meet many people, but rarely (if ever), have I met a group of professionals who are so kind, caring and empathetic as these dear girls (and some chaps). I would love to mention names, but that would be unkind to those whose names I cant bring to mind. My daring pat died on Friday, but they did all they possibly could to ease the pain and discomfort.
Suggested improvements
When possible, it would be very helpful if carers could 'phone ahead their expected time of arrival.
