In no time everything I was in need of was sorted. From district nurse coming in, getting an air cushion sorted for me and sorting out my medication. So a very big thank you for all the help and kindness and to know someone is at the end of a phone with single point.

I know I am in the early stages of my cancer demise but you provided the information that has left me relaxed about my future.

Wendy was absolutely brilliant - a life saver. Her approach to counselling was exactly what worked for me - everything she said was really constructive and helpful. Good that this service is an offer and provided very grateful indeed, lovely bereavement counselor Kim look very professional. My first counselor was cancelled so my sessions started a week later. To improve, communication, re appointments needs to be clearer would be made up and to discuss with counselor well, but Kim believed. Didn't need it in the end but Kim was prepared to do a phone session though instead.we'd just finish week later which I couldn't

Great support and kindness given. Clear explanations on future hospice involvement. Single point introduced and have used their advice line and found it extremely useful. Would like to personally thanks Rick for his support and advice in respect of my mother-in-law illness.

Good availability both pre and post bereavement. Really appreciated the pre-bereavement sessions - really helped to prepare me for my loss.
