Good that this service is an offer and provided very grateful indeed, lovely bereavement counselor Kim look very professional. My first counselor was cancelled so my sessions started a week later. To improve, communication, re appointments needs to be clearer would be made up and to discuss with counselor well, but Kim believed. Didn't need it in the end but Kim was prepared to do a phone session though instead.we'd just finish week later which I couldn't
