The patience and comprehension of the degree of the illness, and the mental anxieties one was going through.
Staff who knew how to empathise with ones pain and what one was going through there great unity between all members of staff and relationships amongst all.

Carolyn was very caring, she listened intently, became a great friend, but she's not allowed to see me any more which is a great shame.
