Talking to lovely people.
The empathy and kindness of my bereavement counsellor Laura. We checked on her first visit and never last that connection. She helped me explore different aspects of my life which impinged on my husbands death.
Improvement- done her.
I was able to talk freely to an independent person; someone who was not a family member and therefore emotionally involved - Lorraine was supportive, non judgmental and was able to ask questions that required me to reflect deeply. She often gave me strength and reassurance that the feelings I was experiencing were perfectly normal and part of the grieving process. It was invaluable to know I was being supported by a professional who had so much empathy ans experience.
Absolute excellent club from staff at St. Helena's. Shame if couldn't run longer!
My husband has been an "in-patient" and I cannot praise the hospice and St Helena enough for the treatment not only he received but myself and family as well.
I don't know what 'goes on behind' the front of house but everything and everybody excellent!!
Staff looked after me are very very caring.
Education talks very good. Nice to meet new people.
From what I have done here I am liaise proof they have only got to see me. There is nothing more they could do to improve on.
