I was totally impressed (positively) with the care my husband received. From the moment we were admitted the staff realised the ward was too busy/noisy - and moved us into the activities room where we stayed until my husband dies the following morning.
When in conversation with any of the staff eye contact was maintained. Voices were kept low. A squeeze of the hand or pat on the shoulder were reassuring and caring. I felt that every person we were in contact with gave themselves the support we needed and assessments by the doctors was immediate and followed up so that my husband didn't have to suffer unnecessarily.
It's good to get out and do something sociable. It's good to learn new things. I feel more confident, enjoyed the company. No suggestions for improvements.
Everyone seem to enjoy the lectures. I don't think you could improve the lesson that we had.
I would mark 4,6,8 as very extremely, the staff were perfect. I found adapting to recover hard to achieve and needs time. Otherwise brilliant.
A very constructive and helpful course.
My care I received was amazing. Would love to come again. Thank you.
Good care. Nothing could be improved.
Helped me to understand my illness better. I have less anxiety.
