Dad was fortunate enough to receive care from the hospitce twice - 1st time for respite and again a few months later for end of life care. both times dad was treating with the highest level of care, respect and dignity.
Suggested improvements
Nothing - more staff would be great, but we understand this may be difficult given the funding arrangements.

All the staff from doctors, nurses, carers- physio and cleaners were both professional and friendly.
Suggested improvements
A small thing but if something takes time to respond (which is totally understandable) just to say but night be 5-10 minutes- so I was not left wondering what was happening.

As this was out first visit from the CNS nurses we were not sure what to expect, but both thought that nurse was very caring and very professional in their treatment to us.
Suggested improvements
Not sure that as out first from the CNS nurse could have been any better, we will be more comfortable on our next meeting.
