Dad was fortunate enough to receive care from the hospitce twice - 1st time for respite and again a few months later for end of life care. both times dad was treating with the highest level of care, respect and dignity.
Suggested improvements
Nothing - more staff would be great, but we understand this may be difficult given the funding arrangements.
