A lot of thought had been put into suggestions for my care, each one personal to me and my condition. I was offered alternatives, time to think, time to ask questions all good!! My specialist nurse has suggested a wheelchair to help getting about when I am dizzy - I would never have thought of that so thanks and it is arriving next week! The nurse knew so much special information and you see it well, thank you.

Staff, to a man and woman, were totally focused on the patient - gently firm but radiating care, always willing to wait and listen to patient and family alike. This from everyone including kitchen and cleaning staff and volunteers . Nothing too much trouble. A fundamentally happy place, without which, are a family, we would have been crushed.

St Catherine's is an amazing careing place the staff are so careing towards patient and family and are there for all your needs we couldn't of asked for any better care than what they gave my mum truly amazing people
