Staff, to a man and woman, were totally focused on the patient - gently firm but radiating care, always willing to wait and listen to patient and family alike. This from everyone including kitchen and cleaning staff and volunteers . Nothing too much trouble. A fundamentally happy place, without which, are a family, we would have been crushed.
