Drs and nurses all used medical terms that I understand.
Respected my privacy (male nurses).
Warm and friendly staff.
Excellent food.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Staff didn't make you feel like you needed to rush.
Staff very understanding and sympathetic towards patient and their family.

Lovely, caring, informed gave information in a clear way dispelled concerns over the use of morphine, gave a solution to an ongoing concern. Left information for us to go through after her visit. The only way the service could be improved is by accessing it earlier and information as to how to access it. being more avail.
