Drs and nurses all used medical terms that I understand.
Respected my privacy (male nurses).
Warm and friendly staff.
Excellent food.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Staff didn't make you feel like you needed to rush.
Staff very understanding and sympathetic towards patient and their family.
