Maxine was fantastic explaining what could be available to help as far as support and practical help if needed it alleviated mine and my wife's worries.

When Suzanne came to our house, I did not know what to expect.
I was very emotional at first wondering what was going to happen going forward.
However by the time she had left, I felt that she had made me a lot more positive, knowing that help at any time (day or night) is just a phone call away. Which is very reassuring to know. I found her very very helpful.

I was nervous about today but Julie was reassuring, got plenty of information about my problem, was measured for a new stocking and got cream for my leg. Going feeling happy I'm back on top of it.
Julie put me at ease.

Julie Norris was extremely helpful, she made me feel very comfortable, went into great detail about everything and even gave me a diagnosis. A lovely friendly lady.
