When Suzanne came to our house, I did not know what to expect. I was very emotional at first wondering what was going to happen going forward. However by the time she had left, I felt that she had made me a lot more positive, knowing that help at any time (day or night) is just a phone call away. Which is very reassuring to know. I found her very very helpful.
