Very informative helpful session with Julie Norris.
Extremely easy to understand and very friendly.
It was good to have the mechanics of the lymphatic system. Didn't know how to massage properly so helped with knowing how to manage the build up.
Some tips on how to improve things and help myself in every experience.
Very caring and very friendly.
Vicky was considerate, informative and was very caring to my sister and I as well as to my dad.
Nothing could be any better, these people are so lovely and helpful, they are angels. Couldn't cope without them.
maxine checked with me if I understood what my diagnosis is and then went on to complete the questionnaire which will help her to understand my needs and begin the care plan. She also provided me with anti-nausea tablets to help with hiccups and suggested I take paracetamol for pain in my right shoulder. I have always been able to ring her at any time about a question and she resolved it.
I have not started my care yet. But I am confident that when it does it will be very good and beneficial to me.
I have visited St Catherine's Hospice twice to have talks with Dr Capervell and her staff. Also last sunday morning. Suzanne Hott a clinical nurse specialist came to tell me all about the care system available to me. On all three visits everyone was very professional which makes me feel reassured that I am very well supported for the future.
Very informative and helpful.
