All staff right from the beginning of my appointment had been very welcoming and nice. They all spoke with me nicely and this laid my anxiety before evening the consultation. The consultant was also so lovely and soft spoken person. Thank you all.

The wait was really long - 3 hour is a bit too much.
The staff and everyone I spoke to were really nice, friendly and professional.
