I'm happy with all my care very helpful and nice.
Respectful.
- Excellent care overall and staff nurses and sisters great!.
- Less wait to see consultants and more time with them discussing treatment would be good.
- Ease of communication between consultants (and responsibility) would have shortened my stay.
1.A hospital is a place, it is the people who provide the service with their hearts thoughtfulness. Professional care and still that turn the place into a great hospital.
2.Thank you for your patience, efficiency, big smiles.
-Good food.
-Good care by nurses and doctors
-Good atmosphere.
-Friendly.
-Could be faster in terms of care and responding to requests.
The doctors and nurses extremely kind and supportive.
After experiencing the news of running out of options and having previous hospital stays - where the standard of care and you would think would be the basic of definition of fundamental care. Barts is full of lovely and genuine people who love their jobs and are angels. Everyone is so much more caring and compassionate than Jeremy Hunt and his comics could ever be.
All the staff were amazing, they all took the time to make sure I was OK. Going home happy but sad to know I won't be coming back to this ward when I come back.
Very polite staff, always on call to answer questions etc. Some patients are too ill to be able to go to the TV room. Would be nice to have a TV or internet connection to help time go faster. Similar to Addenbrooke's Hospital.
I feel we as patients should have the option of a cooked breakfast, not breakfast, toast and cooked eggs and beans, all grilled or boiled. It would help our health and sustain us throughout the day other patients feel the same I have spoken to.
