I was treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff were kind, attentive and efficient and the doctors were approachable, down to earth and informative. I do not think my care could be improved on. It was excellent.

Helpful.
Communicated with us all times.
Friendly.
Attentive.
Nothing "too much".
Didn't need to arrive at 7 a.m as didn't get seen until after 8 a.m.

- Everyone really helpful and friendly and approachable.
- Mum also well care for as company to me.
- Woman on night shift welcomed and settled us in really friendly and with lots of energy and care and also thought to move me from female to male bed/allocated female as birth gender)
- Slight problem with wanting to be done later for consultant to do but everyone helped to be moved to earlier again.
- Surname date? (nurse) really talkative and friendly and happy.
- Everyone was so nice, happy and just made my day and stay really good! Very impressed with everyone and everything!

I preferred the Heart Hospital.
Excellent nursing care.
Shame its gone.
Barts came in second but very good.
Patient hospital transport poor.
Premium rate number to call to book Ambo taxi from mobile phones.
Ers medical vice not taken home elderly relative though pre-booked cos patient not going as well.

All of the nursing staff and doctors are lovely and kind and caring yet also extremely professional. Wards are antiquated.

Very considerate, caring doctors treating with dignity and respect at all times during procedure. Only improvement is a very long waiting time and NBM times e.g fluids.

The nursing assistants and nurses were caring and kind. Very helpful and come when called. Were very understanding and eager to help.
What could be improved.
The staff on the weekends nights especially the bank staff were not very understanding. If more regular staff are used the service could be better.
