Seen promptly in clinic. Staff explained process and procedure clearly and were able to reassure me about what they were going to do. Polite and helpful staff. Doctors and nurses.

Nothing was too much trouble for all the nurses they were very professional and caring as was all the staff. The beds were changed each day and there was toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, towels and slippers supplied just like a 5 star hotel. Couldn't fault it.

Very friendly and approachable young nurse with me most of the night (Marisa) her patient service skills were excellent.
- I felt very safe and cared for (despite being woozy from the anesthetic).
