Every single member of staff in the Tonic ward treated me with kindness and respect. I could not have asked for more. I was given plenty of information by all the doctor which made me feel very safe in their hands. I can't thank them enough.

Being in a single room, don't stress one with worry of sharing. All nurses v.pleasant and helpful. Sink not draining properly. Toilet makes v.loud noise if handle nor right up. Blood test result 5 hours!! What?

Hygiene is excellent.
Staff are great, I had a lovely time.
Staff very gentle when dressing my eye.

They looked after me very well. Not to be transferred to another ward in QE 2 which was smelly and horrible.

All doctors, nurses and staff always very caring, kind and courteous. Would like to thank them for there kindness whilst I have been a patient here for 2 1/2 weeks, nothing is too much for them.
