Does not need improvement 100 pc. great very clean. Staff very helpful and kind. Drs well what can I say they are very good at what they do and very also very caring. Was made to feel comfortable.

Poor reception- Not there most of the time. Bin lady walked into room looked in bins- did not knock on door or ask to come in and not speak until I asked if I could help.
Bathroom bin step - not clean I cleaned it myself.
Consultant excellent - let down by support team!
