Only waited 15 min for my appt this time, which was good normally have to wait at least an hour to be seen. Dr Montoto was great again as usual, giving good advice and reassurance, but she always seems to be in a rush but I expect she has a lot of patients to see.

The service I received was efficient. The staff were pleasant and polite.
Overall I think the NHS is an amazing system in responding immediately to concerns.
