The waiting was over 1 hr long and uncomfortable and uneasy. The restaurant prices were a diabolic rip off and it appears that patients were subsidizing staff meals and should be looked into as the dishes were tasteless.

Very patiently, polite and understanding. Greta knowledge of what she was doing in her job role. Very professional.
