Staff (some) not too good at showing patient to the next cubicle some just care the name and disappear.
Lack of communication with what happens next.
It's just wait here and off they go.

I was in a timely fashion.
I undertook the eye tests twice before today, repeating the same test as a waste of both patients and surgeon's time.
