Excellent care, from beginning to end. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Staff extremely friendly. Two little nurses: the time spent on ITU and ADU was too noisy. Maybe I was little confused. However a lot of the alarms did not need to be on as suggest silencing them if not life threatening. I had someone emptying the bins at 23:45. Sue on 4B was amazing. Calm, in control and perfect.

Caring staff. Clean and quiet. Nurse Brian is amazing. He listens. He just gets things. Excellent clever guy.

People were very kind and helpful.
I think the process and how it feels could have been explained more graphically to understand low the tube would feel and how but to respond to it.

Everything was good. My mum was treated with compassion and great care. She was afraid before operation as she doesn't speak English bit all staff treated her nice and tried to reassure her all the time that everything was fine and she was recovering well. Mr Shipolllini is a very nice doctor as well. He always encouraged my mum that she is in good hands and she will be better, not worse after operation. A big big thank you for your support. Mum says "thank you for bringing me back"
