I walked in, I as a bit apprehensive, knowing what my surgery and treatment entailed. I was put at ease straight away and made to feel welcome. Staff were very attentive. All knew what had to be done and did it without fuss. All staff from top to bottom seemed to enjoy each others company making it a lovely environment. Thank you all for making my stay easier.

Efficient, caring and flexible. Usual difficulty in sleeping due to noise.
Facilities good and clean. Generous bed space and appropriate privacy.

NG, the nurse on duty in the cystic fibrosis clinic was extremely polite and helpful, her attitude is one of total professionalism and of the patients.

Was seen fairly quickly. Was given longer more expensive check for battery - may last for another year but need new appointment in three months. Should have warn plain clothes rather than buttoned tops as had more devices on chest etc than usual.
