Day time staff are efficient, attentive kind and compassionate, as if some night time staff, but not all and it notices so much because all staff here at banks from cleaners, receptionists, nurses, doctors are friendly, kind and compassionate and night times can be long if you feel anxious and vulnerable. I'm sure it's agency staff, because regular staff are wonderful.
