Having been coming here (St Barts) over the years, a lot of improvements have been made in terms of service delivery. Staff from consultants to the lower cadre are fantastic and professionalism is of very high standard, e.g the reception desk clerical staff are helpful to patients. This morning without Ms Lumina I didn't know what to do having two appointments within 30 mins of each. She contacted all the relevant staff for me without worries. My thanks.
