Ultrasound waiting room is far too small and cramped, with crying babies - there was plenty of room in the atrium seating. Also nothing to read/look at.
There was no information given on delays to appointments - until asked - ended up with a 90mins wait to be seen.
Instead of being asked to come though, name was shouted out from another area 'round the corner'.
No apology for being 90mins after given appointment time.
The letter asked to be present 10mins before so could get changed, but this was not required.
Both the gel dispensers in the main entrance corridor were empty - and next to a sign saying there was a major infection going around!
Water in main corridor toilets was barely a trickle
