- Staff v.responsive to my needs. They came straight sway when I pressed the bell.
- Staff made time to listen and discuss issues.
- One nurse was pragmatic when she couldn't find a vein to insert a cannula into and failed to enter a clear vein on my other arm. She left it to another nurse, who entered a vein without a problem or pain.
- I was shivering for most of my procedure in theatre for angioplasty. ( 1hr 45 mins). Can that be remedied better for the future?
