The information about the MRI scan sent to me in advance was really helpful in preparing me. The directions were also excellent and I found the entrance first time. I was seen on time. All the staff I encountered were calm, friendly and kind. They took the trouble to manage my tendency to feel faint when giving blood and my claustrophobia. That really helped me not to faint and not to panic once inside the machine. This was the first time I'd been in the new wing - I found it to be well organised, pleasant, light (I love the atrium). I much appreciated the cafe after my scan as I didn't feel quite ready to go out into the hurly burly of the street.
