I was brought in by emergency ambulance who confirmed I was having a heart attack. The treatment I received was second to none. Absolutely superb. I was treated immediately I arrived and transferred to ward 3A where I spent the majority of the time. The entire staff were so helpful, friendly and understanding, showing great professionalism at all times. The consultant and other doctors were friendly and approachable and I felt they were concerned that I should have the very best treatment. The nurses, auxiliary staff, porters etc, were the very best they could possibly be. I would not have received such a good treatment anywhere else in the world. Well done Barb your team are amazing. I was transferred for a couple of hours to ward W.G. Grace where again, the care and thoughtfulness was superb. Absolutely nothing wrong with the NHS, it could not have done anything better.
