Appointment times! Always have to wait more than an hour for my appointment and this is unacceptable.
I am a nurse at the Royal London hospital and have run my own outpatient clinics and we never kept our patients waiting this long. You may need to consider having a second clinic if you cannot see all your patients and Monday (endocrine) clinic 13/11/17- I waited 75 minutes, I complained to my consultant who informed me that my file had been placed into wrong file. I got no help from the receptionists when I asked.
