We had an appointment at Royal London for a CT scan. We made a mistake and did not read the letter of the appointment properly and turned up at St Barts instead of Royal London. Fahima at the reception was very kind and pointed out our mistake. She kindly arranged for me to be CT scanned at St Barts. She was very helpful.
