Exceptional staff - patient communication especially ultrasound radiologist. Despite the size and complexity of the clinic there was a relatively short waiting time. The attitude of ancillary staff was good and often met with a smile which was reassuring in a stressful environment, my experience of surgical unit was also excellent.
