My experience to date at St Albans hospital has been a positive one where all the staff have been kind, caring and very professional regardless of their role.
Despite the building developments, carparking was available and support provided if an appointment was delayed and ran past the ticket time.
Communication via text message and the NHS App has been timely and effective. All the resources provided have been helpful and informative.
The areas I visited were clean and welcoming and even the ward cleaner had time to say hello.
