St Albans Hospital is the best hospital in Hertfordshire in my opinion. I have stayed in in the past for a night. The care is more than 5 star ! The staff are friendly, helpful and look happy. I would hate to be treated anywhere else! The breast clinic is superb and I totally trust the clinicians who change lives! I must say something about the lady on the reception desk as you enter the hospital. She is always so helpful and goes out of her way to try and help if you have a problem. The only bug bear I have with the hospital is the lack of parking - which if you have an appointment time can be stressful finding a space quickly. But this is not the fault of the Drs and Nurses and all the staff who give their best so should not reflect on my review. But it does need to be fixed now the hospital is offering so many services. I feel so lucky that I live in a place where the hospital is outstanding - that is exactly what it is!
