My treatment at St Albans breast clinic has always been excellent with the exception of my follow up appointment which was delayed by 8 months! Shame there was no apology. I am so impressed with the West Herts patient portal and the ease of use to change appointments. It seems to be working really well. I should have had a bone density scan in 2022 and that didn’t happen, not sure why. 2 years on, I should hopefully finally have this done. The consultant was going to request an ultrasound scan and I received a phone call the same day to arrange one for 3 days later - impressed.
