I was put on observation but was very restless and very agitated and needed movement but I was instead hounded by staff who disrespected my privacy and dignity

I felt they listened to me and gave me advice. When I rang the line the lady told me about another service I could ask the gp to refer me. The lady who visited on Thursday also told me other things I did not know. And that I can ring Crisis when I need too which I feel I need when everything becomes too much and I feel my existence is caving in.

Team was very quick,they were there when I needed them and they gave me advise

It was very responsive and approach was friendly , your pharmacist called me and explained me the medication I was on and no one has done that for me.
