The care was amazing it could not have been made any better. The staff who work so hard are caring have humour and nothing is a bother. Thanks seems so little for so much.

Most of the staff were lovely but the attitude of at least 2 staff were not acceptable. One healthcare assistant was uncompassionate, hostile and rude. I noticed this was not only towards me. The staff member was Annette.
The sister (Carol) was uncooperative to requests to contact the doctor regarding drain being removed and unfriendly manner.
