Most of the staff were lovely but the attitude of at least 2 staff were not acceptable. One healthcare assistant was uncompassionate, hostile and rude. I noticed this was not only towards me. The staff member was Annette. The sister (Carol) was uncooperative to requests to contact the doctor regarding drain being removed and unfriendly manner.
